Thank You for the Great Year! Secant Technology finished its fiscal year on August 31st. It was our most profitable year in a decade. We want to thank all of you for the fantastic year. We also wanted to mention it because it bodes well for our country that so many of you are doing so well. I believe manufacturing has been and will always be the best indicator of our country's strength and wellbeing.   I also wanted to take this time to apologize for the communications outage during September. We had a catastrophic server failure on the heels of installing a new VOIP phone system. It took three weeks to recover the systems and lost data. We have installed new redundant server systems to ensure that any future outage is minimized.   We are constantly working to improve our support and will be implementing additional new support services soon. These new systems will improve our ability to answer your questions timely and efficiently.
